- Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, switches, email systems, laptops, and desktops.
- Take responsibility for projects and solutions within larger business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Help Desk Manager /IT Manager in a company with 100 or more employees (mandatory).
- Microsoft MCITP/MCSA certification (mandatory).
- Experience working on the server side with Priority (advantage).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with a variety of SaaS platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows OS, 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience working with physical and virtual servers (VMware), including hardware and software maintenance.
- Experience with VoIP systems (advantage).
- Familiarity with information security products, such as Fortinet (significant advantage).
- Knowledge of SQL-based databases (advantage).
- Experience writing PowerShell scripts (advantage).
- High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical skills and a high ability for self-learning.
