HR Manager

Nextage Raanana is searching for a talented HR Manager to join our top HR Team.

You’ll have the opportunity to work in the dynamic startup and tech ecosystem and develop HR activities and programs to support Nextage employees. Join us and make a difference.

The HR Manager will serve as the main focal point for all HR-related issues for the following topics:

  • Leading the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Conducting employee hire & onboarding
  • Comp & benefits administration
  • Supporting employees across various HR-related topics
  • Training programs and organizational development processes
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations
  • Conducting welfare activities and programs for employee wellbeing

Job Requirements:

– Relevant Bachelor’s degree – a must

– 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist / HRBP

– At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing, interviewing – a must

– Excellent interpersonal skills

– Team player, ability to multitask, flexibility

– Technical skills orientation
