Efi is an accomplished financial executive with 2 decades of international business experience. Efi was involved in multiple fundraising rounds, M&As and IPO, including Granulate (acquired by Intel), Wilocity (acquired by Qualcomm), Adallom (acquired by Microsoft), Sansa (acquired by Arm), Rounds (acquired by Kik interactive), Sedona (acquired by CISCO), and more. Prior to Nextage, Efi served as a CFO in Perfecto Mobile. Formerly, Efi worked at Alvarion for over a decade, serving in various managerial and professional positions, including VP of Accounting and Finance, where he managed a group of certified public accountants and economists. Efi was responsible for accounting, controlling and financial management of the company including its multiple international subsidiaries. Efi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holding a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Ori is a seasoned finance professional with over 12 years’ experience in financial services. She joined Nextage in 2014 and works with numerous startups and small and medium sized enterprises in the Israeli technology ecosystem. She has led many fundraisings and M&A transactions together with her clients. Prior to joining Nextage, Ori was a senior audit manager at PwC where she audit large publicly listed entities in Israel as well as government owned companies. Ori holds a BA degree in economics and accounting from Ben Gurion University and is a qualified CPA.
Irit is a highly experienced finance professional with over 26 years’ in the industry and has been a member of the Nextage team since 2016. She is responsible for a wide variety of startup companies and has worked on VC financing and M&As and has a strong interest in taxation particularly international aspects. She has broad experience working with international companies having worked, prior to Nextage, as CFO to an international art dealership, senior controller in the RAD Group and senior audit manager at PwC. Irit holds a BA in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University and is a qualified CPA.
Assaf is an experienced VP Finance having worked in financial services for over 10 years. He joined Nextage in 2017 and focuses on the financial management of a wide range of technology companies including cyber, medical and SaaS and many more. Within his financial management responsibilities, Assaf is particularly interested in tax matters as well as the complexities of dealing with international and US companies. Assaf has worked on many fund-raising rounds (including IIA grants), M&As and IPOs. Before he joined Nextage, Assaf was an Audit Supervisor at PwC working with a wide range of companies including technology companies as well as large publicly listed and international companies. Assaf has a BA degree in accounting from the College of Management (Rishon LeTsiyon) and is a qualified CPA.
Daniel has over 11 years’ experience in financial services having joined Nextage in 2016 as a Financial Controller. During her years of service at Nextage Daniel has served as a Director of Finance and VP Finance, providing the full range of senior financial management service to her clients. Prior to Nextage, Daniel was a Senior Auditor for KPMG where she worked for 5 years. Daniel holds a BA degree in Economics and Accounting from the Rupin Academic College, where she was a Dean’s List student, graduated with honors, and is a certified CPA.
Assaf joined the Nextage team in 2015 and has over 10 years experience as a finance professional. He has worked as a Financial Controller, Director of Finance and VP Finance during his time at Nextage. Assaf provides senior financial management services to a wide spectrum of the Israeli technology startup ecosystem with experience in multiple fundraising rounds, due diligences and M&As . Prior to that, Assaf worked as a Senior Audit Associate at PwC on a broad range of companies including publicly listed international companies. Assaf holds a BA degree in Economics and Accounting from the Rupin Academic College and is a qualified CPA.
Tali has more than 20 years of financial and accounting experience. She joined Nextage in 2014. At Nextage, Tali provides the full range of senior financial management services that her clients need.
Prior to joining Nextage, Tali served as financial controller, finance manager and CFO at a number of companies across the Israeli technology ecosystem.
Tali holds a BA degree in economics and accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a qualified CPA.
A seasoned finance professional with over 22 years’ experience in the financial services sector. Naamit joined the Nextage team in 2015 and serves a range of technology client companies as their VP Finance providing the full range of finance department services including several fund-raising rounds. She has a particular interest in Israeli tax matters. Prior to joining Nextage Naamit worked as a senior audit manager auditing small and medium sized enterprises as well as large publicly listed international companies. Naamit holds a BA degree in Business, Accounting and Business Management from the College of Management Academic Studies and is a qualified CPA.
Yaniv is an experienced CPA with a BA degree in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University. He joined the team at Nextage in May 2023 where he serves as a VP Finance taking care of whatever financial needs Nextage’s clients may require, whether if it’s f a blocked credit card or working on a portfolio company’s next financing round. Prior to joining Nextage, Yaniv was the VP Finance of Scope Technology, an IoT company in the connected car industry. Yaniv served 5 years in an elite IDF intelligence unit ranked Captain. Yaniv brings his wide range of experience from small start-ups to medium size high-tech companies to the Nextage team and works together with his many expert colleagues to provide a comprehensive financial service to Nextage’s portfolio companies.
Ruti is a seasoned finance professional and a qualified attorney at law and CPA. She joined Nextage in June 2023, having worked in a variety of legal and financial settings. During the 13 years prior to joining Nextage, Ruti worked as a financial controller, in-house legal counsel, assistant CEO, and VP Finance for a variety of companies in sectors as diverse as finance, biotech, real estate, hospitality, and construction, where she managed large teams of personnel. She brings her diversity of business, financial, and legal experience to Nextage, where she works as a VP Finance serving Nextage’s portfolio companies in cyber and many other business sectors. Ruti holds both a BA in Accounting and an LLB from Tel Aviv University, as well as a second degree in Economics.
Mira is a seasoned finance professional and CPA with over 11 years of experience in high-tech finance. She has successfully managed all aspects of financial operations for high-tech companies, from early-stage bootstrapping to maturity, including serving as CFO for a startup listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. In addition to her role as CFO, Mira has held senior positions such as VP Finance at a leading high-tech company, Controller at a global telecommunications firm, and Supervisor at PwC, where she gained extensive expertise in financial strategy and management. Mira holds a BA in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv-Jaffa Academic College and is a certified CPA, having completed her accounting studies at Tel Aviv University.
Yael is an accomplished finance professional with nearly a decade of experience in accounting and financial management before joining Nextage in 2020. She gained extensive expertise working at leading firms, managing portfolios, and mentoring young accountants.
At Nextage, Yael has been instrumental in managing the financial operations of startups, guiding them through funding rounds, including Series A and B, and overseeing significant acquisitions such as Adaptive Shield by CrowdStrike and Stoke Talent by Fiverr. In addition to her client-facing work, Yael leads the company’s internal accounting training program, helping shape the next generation of financial professionals.
Yael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Management from Ono Academic College and a Business Management Certificate from the CPA Institute. She brings a unique combination of strategic insight and hands-on expertise to her role, ensuring the success of Nextage’s portfolio companies across diverse sectors.
Rina has been a member of the Nextage team since 2020. As VP of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), she leads our teams of financial analysts, working with CFOs and our portfolio of partner companies. Rina has worked as a financial professional since 2010, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and expertise that enable her to deliver significant value to our clients by offering strategic insights, financial planning expertise, benchmarking, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by startups, high-growth companies, and medium-sized businesses.
Prior to joining Nextage, Rina spent six years at Bayer Pharmaceuticals as a Finance Business Partner, collaborating with senior executives on performance analysis and strategic financial planning. She also initiated an award-winning workshop for doctors establishing private practices. Before Bayer, Rina worked as a financial analyst at Avis, managing pricing models, tenders, and profitability analyses for the company’s leasing business.
Rina holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Management.
Asaf has over a decade of experience leading FP&A departments across a range of industries, including E-commerce, SAAS, digital marketing, and communication. Prior to joining Nextage, Asaf played pivotal roles in several prominent companies. At Zap Group, he was a key player in transforming it into Israel’s leading marketplace, while at Hot Mobile, he contributed significantly to changes in the competitive landscape of Israel’s cellular market.
Asaf brings with him extensive expertise in various financial and operational areas, including business planning and analysis, budget and control, headcount planning, pricing and profitability, as well as payroll and incentives. He is also well-versed in defining and implementing advanced planning and control tools.
Asaf holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Business Administration, both from Ben-Gurion University.
With a deep understanding of both technology and operations, Shachar has built a career managing and delivering large-scale projects within dynamic, tech-driven environments. Over the years, he has led critical technological developments as a CTO at a startup, ensuring innovative solutions were successfully brought to market. His expertise spans across managing strategic partnerships, establishing BI platforms, developing and implementing cutting-edge organizational tools, and overseeing the operations of international networks.
Shachar’s approach is rooted in creativity and execution, consistently driving projects from concept to completion. He believes in the power of technology and effective operations to transform ideas into actionable results, fostering growth and success across the organization.
Shachar holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management.
An accomplished CFO with two decades of hands-on experience, Ofer Katz has lead several high-tech companies from seed stage to IPO & acquisition. Prior to founding Nextage, Ofer worked at PwC (Israel), specializing in audit of private and public companies and managing the Emerging Companies Services Department (investment banking, due diligence, survey and others).
Under his role at Nextage, Ofer has acted as CFO of several leading high-tech companies, successfully managing numerous M&A and IPO processes for Wix (NSDQ), Adallom (acquired by Microsoft), Wilocity (acquired by Qualcomm), Onavo (acquired by Facebook), Amobee (acquired by SingTel), Kontera (acquired by Amobee), Jajah inc. (acquired by Telephonica/O2), BitBand Technologies inc. (acquired by Motorola), Snaptu (acquired by Facebook) and others.Ofer also acts as CFO of Fiverr, Qwilt, Dynamic Yield and more.
Committed to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, Ofer also acts as a General Partner at Cerca Partners, a venture capital co-investment fund, and as a board member at the 8200 EISP Startup Accelerator, which provides early stage startups with business tools, mentoring and financial support.
Moran has a proven track record in corporate management with a strong focus of cultivating long-term relationships with clients and employees alike by forming and maintaining strategic partnerships as well as building and leading teams for corporate success. Prior to her appointment as CEO of Nextage, she served as its VP Finance & Business Development where she was responsible for managing all financial aspects for current clients as well as for locating and introducing new clients to the company. by maintaining a close business relationship with clients at every step, she ensured clients’ satisfaction and retention, leveraging her ability to achieve business goals and identify opportunities for growth.
Before joining Nextage, she held several senior and executive positions including serving as the senior executive of the high-tech group at PwC. In addition, Moran participated in several key projects, including complex M&A processes. Moran earned her B.A. in Economics and Management at Bar-Ilan University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Etti has over 20 years of extensive experience in M&A transactions, accounting and tax consultations. During her work in Nextage, Etti has acted as VP Finance and CFO in multiple high-tech companies, guiding many of them through fundraisings and M&As, including Ravello (acquired by Oracle), Billguard (acquired by Prosper), CloudOn (acquired by Dropbox), Kontera (acquired by Singtel) and more. Prior to joining Nextage, Etti served as a Senior Manager at E&Y for almost 11 years, working with public and private hi-tech companies. Etti has comprehensive know-how in implementing internal procedures and controls and specializes in US GAAP. Etti is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is a graduate of The College of Management Academic Studies with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management, earned her M.A of Law from Bar-Ilan University and a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Tel-Aviv University. Etti enjoys mentoring and working with entrepreneurs.
With over 13 years of CFO duties and controllership experience at early stage companies, Einat has vast experience in implementing financial procedures and controls in high-tech companies. Einat has managed many fundraising rounds and was involved in the financial aspects of the many Due Diligence processes. Located in the Northern part of Israel, Einat established the Yokneam office and also manages it. Prior to Nextage Einat worked as a senior auditor at E&Y. Einat is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holding a B.A. in Accounting and Economics, from Rupin Academic Center.
With over 18 years of experience in diverse high-tech companies, Jeremy has gained an in-depth knowledge in setting up new, local and international, operations and departments, as well as implementing internal procedures and controls. Jeremy has led numerous fundraising rounds from a diverse range of funding sources, M&A due diligences and an IPO process, such as Percello (acquired by Broadcom), CrossRider (acquired by Teddy Sagi), Skyfence (acquired by Imperva) and more. Before joining Nextage, Jeremy served as CFO in several high-tech companies, including Proneuron Biotechnologies and WideMed. Jeremy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Economics and a Master degree in Business Administration from Tel-Aviv University.
With over 20 years of accomplishments in corporate finance, Nevo specializes in fundraising processes, business operations and implementation of internal procedures and controls. Nevo has led tens of financing rounds, gaining experience with venture capital, venture lending and governmental incentives. Prior to joining Nextage, Nevo served as CFO of Horizon Semiconductors and Aeroscout, and as Controller at Visiontech (acquired by Broadcom). As the CFO of A.R. ZIM Direct Marketing (Kim’at Hinam Warehouses), Nevo successfully led the company through an IPO on the TA Stock Exchange, M&A (acquisition by Yeinot Bitan) and SOX processes. Nevo is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holding a B.A in Accounting & Economics and an MBA, both from Tel-Aviv University.
Dvora has an impressive track record in finance management with a strong focus on M&A. Prior to her appointment as Partner & CFO at Nextage, she served as the CFO of Scodix were she spearheaded fund raising activities, and as the CFO and COO of Red Bend Software where she was instrumental in its acquisition by Harman International Industries for $ 250M. She also held CFO positions at various other companies including Siano Mobile Silicon, eglue business technologies (which was acquired by NICE), and Scitex Vision (acquired by HP). She also served as the Vice President, Corporate Economics at Amdocs. Under her role at Nextage, Dvora has acted as CFO of several leading high-tech companies, successfully managing M&A processes for Luminate (acquired by Symantec) and Magisto (acquired by Vimeo). Dvora holds an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University and earned her B.A. in Economy and Political Science at Tel Aviv University.
Anat has over 15 years of finance and accounting expertise, dealing with multiple fundraisings, due diligences and M&As including, Ravello (acquired by Oracle) and CloudOn (acquired by Dropbox). Prior to Nextage, Anat served as a manager at BDO accounting firm, working with small and large companies, such as Bank Hapoalim, Kupat Holim Clalit & Solel Boneh. Anat is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holding a B.A in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Gadi has over 14 years of finance and accounting experience, specializing in financial analysis, management consulting, and the implementation of critical systems in organizations. Since joining Nextage in 2020, Gadi played a key role in major transactions, including the acquisition of Talon by Palo Alto Networks.
Currently, Gadi oversees the financial operations of leading companies such Sweet Security, Firmbase ,Nilus and others, providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring their continued growth.
Prior to Nextage, Gadi worked as a strategy consultant at KPMG, where he supported CFOs in implementing essential financial systems, including ERP and financial consolidation solutions. Earlier in his career, he was a financial analyst at Amdocs, gaining substantial experience in financial operations and analysis.
Gadi is a certified CPA and holds a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
Having been a part of Nextage for over a decade, Yeara skillfully combines the roles of BizDev and Customer Success. Yeara builds and maintains a tight business relationship with the client, from recruitment and introduction into Nextage, to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, working together to achieve business goals and identify opportunities that promote healthy development. She is also responsible for professional collaborations, having worked closely with numerous major venture capital funds makes her an expert matchmaker of startups and their most suitable investors. Yeara holds a B.A. in Behavioral Science and Human Resources.
Michal’s role at Nextage is pivotal in driving the company’s growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a skilled professional in both BizDev and Customer Success, with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry.
Michal plays a central role in fostering strong business relationships and delivering value to clients at every stage of their journey with Nextage. she holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Business Administration(B.B.A.) from Reichman University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Tel Aviv University.
Having worked for twenty years as both in-house HR manager and providing outsourced HR services, Anat has a profound understanding of the Human Resources field. Her specialties include HR strategy and process optimization, recruitment and team training, performance management and organization development. Anat believes that an excellent organization encourages engagement on all levels, fostering a positive and proactive organizational culture, which inspires people to realize their full potential to everyone’s benefit.
A former Recruitment Manager and later HR Manager at PwC Israel, in recent years Anat founded and managed a successful HR outsourcing and consulting company, providing human resource services and support to businesses in a wide range of industries. Anat has a BA in Social Work from Tel-Aviv University, and an MBA with Human Resource specialty from the College of Management Academic Studies.
A highly experienced Accounting Manager, David joined Nextage in early 2017. Prior to joining Nextage, David held the positions of Senior Accountant and Payroll Accountant at several Hi-Tech companies traded on NASDAQ, among them are Lannet, Madge, Alvarion and Starhome Mach (acquired by Fortissimo Capital). His Senior Accounting career spanning three decades, David is a graduate of Executive Development courses and is a Certified Accounts Manager.
A highly experienced Accounting Manager, Revital joined Nextage in 2005. Prior to joining Nextage, Revital held key accounting positions at several prominent companies. Her career in accounting spans three decades, showcasing her extensive expertise and dedication to the field. Revital is a graduate of executive development courses and is a certified bookkeeper.
With nearly two decades of payroll accounting experience, Shlomit is responsible for all payroll administration of Nextage and over 100 of its client companies. Specializing in local and global payroll, Shlomit works with multiple interfaces and keeps on top of various subjects including Labor law, social benefits, pension, taxation and more. Catering to the distinctive needs of each company and its employees, she believes that in order to provide reliable and efficient service one has to be professional and service oriented. Shlomit holds a BA in Social Science, an MBA and is an ICPA certified Senior Payroll Accountant.
With over 10 years of experience as a payroll expert, including more than 8 years at Nextage, Einat is responsible for the payroll administration of over 100 of Nextage’s client companies.
Einat specializes in labor law, social benefits, pension, taxation regulations, and more.
